The FPD2043 POWERCUT series is a helical nesting cutter in PCD diamond Z3+3 engineered for professional nesting and contouring operations on CNC machines with mechanical feed. The six-helix configuration with three effective cutting edges, combined with a predominantly negative 25° axial angle, provides excellent cutting stability and optimal material control, reducing chipping and vibration even at high feed rates. The heavy metal body increases overall tool rigidity, improving accuracy and surface finish in intensive production.
