PAYMENT METHOD

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Credit card payments use the SSL safe protocol: when the order is confirmed, the credit card data is sent to the credit card circuit by SSL (Secure Socket Layer), to authorize the transaction and debit the amount. This is a safe and no risks procedure which protects the customer against any possible fraud. By this system, VIMA is not able to display its clients' credit card numbers.

VIMA reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information or document copies attesting to the holder of the credit card used for the transaction. If the customer does not provide the aforesaid information VIMA reserves the right to refuse the purchase order.

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL

The main credit and prepaid cards registered to PayPal are accepted. Your financial data shall be processed directly by PayPal and shall not be shared with VIMA.

In case of order cancellation (both by the customer and by VIMA), the amount shall be credited to the customer's PayPal account. VIMA is not responsible for delays or damage occurred during the refund process.
