Helical PCD diamond cutter with double rotation for contouring

The FPD2048 STARCUT series is a helical PCD diamond cutter with double rotation developed for professional shank contouring operations on laminated panels. The Z2+2 configuration with four helical divisions and right/left rotation ensures clean edges on both top and bottom surfaces, significantly reducing chipping.

The leading positive insert provides smooth tool entry, while the following negative inserts stabilise the cut. The 4.5 mm PCD diamond height allows up to 8 regrinds for extended tool life. The special steel body and 30° axial angle guarantee rigidity and excellent surface finish even at high feed rates.
