The FPD2042 POWERKUT series is a helical nesting cutter in PCD diamond Z3+3 developed for professional nesting and contouring operations on CNC machines with mechanical feed. The interrupted helix geometry with three divisions and three effective cutting edges, working on both upper and lower sides, provides stable, quiet and continuous cutting even at high speeds. The predominantly positive helix combined with a 20° axial angle improves surface finish and chip evacuation, while the heavy metal body increases overall tool rigidity.
