PCD grinding cutter helical Z4+4 with 40° axial angle

The FPD2050 STARCUT series is a PCD grinding cutter designed for professional edge finishing on coated and laminated panels. The Z4+4 layout with 8 helical divisions and centre-converging symmetry provides controlled cutting action and high edge quality, reducing vibration and micro-chipping along the profile.

The 4.5 mm PCD diamond inserts can be reground up to 8 times to extend tool life while keeping performance consistent. The 40° axial angle supports a uniform finish on the panel edge, and the steel body ensures rigidity and dimensional accuracy even at high mechanical feed rates.
