The FPD2036 EXTREMECUT series is a PCD diamond pantograph router bit H 4.5 mm developed for professional contouring on CNC routers and pantographs where perfect edges, clean surfaces and repeatability are critical. The Z2+2 configuration with PCD diamond inserts provides long tool life and consistent performance, even on abrasive materials and panels with sensitive coatings.

The 54.9° axial angle and predominantly positive axial geometry drive chips toward the shank, improve cutting stability and reduce the risk of chipping. This makes the tool especially suitable for finishing and contouring operations—even against the grain—on melamine-faced boards, laminates and painted surfaces.
