SALES CONDITIONS

ORDERS

Orders placed on www.vimatools.com may only be made by individuals who are at least 18 years old. Once an order has been completed, the customer will automatically receive an email summary containing billing details, shipping information and the list of purchased items with their respective prices.

The order confirmation email is intended as an informative summary only and does not constitute final acceptance of the order. The sales contract between VIMA and the customer is considered concluded only upon shipment of the goods and issuance of the relevant invoice or sales receipt.

VIMA reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. In the event of non-acceptance, the customer will be promptly informed and any amount already paid will be fully refunded.

Orders paid by credit card, PayPal or MyBank are processed as quickly as possible and invoiced at the time of shipment. Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed only after the payment has been credited to VIMA’s bank account.

Orders not paid within 5 days from the date of creation will be automatically cancelled.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

By placing an order, the customer purchases the products listed in VIMA’s online catalogue. Product descriptions and technical data sheets are provided for information purposes only and may not include all specifications.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. In some cases, suppliers may change packaging or presentation without prior notice, without affecting the quality or technical characteristics of the product.

The quantities shown on the website generally reflect actual stock availability. However, in the case of simultaneous orders for the same item, temporary stock shortages may occur. In such cases, VIMA will promptly contact the customer to propose alternative solutions.

Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, VIMA shall not be held liable for minor discrepancies between the delivered product and the images or descriptions shown on the website.

All contracts concluded through the website are governed by Italian law, in particular by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 (E-commerce Decree).

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Receipt of the order is confirmed by VIMA via email sent to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information contained therein and for promptly reporting any errors.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these sales conditions, the available payment methods and the purchasing procedure.

INVOICING AND PRICES

All orders placed on the VIMA Tools website are regularly invoiced. The invoice is issued at the time the goods are handed over to the courier and is sent electronically to the email address provided by the customer.

All prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. VAT is applied and calculated automatically based on the customer type and the billing country, in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

For shipments within Italy, VAT is applied at the statutory rate. For EU customers with a valid VAT number registered in the VIES system, VAT will not be applied, subject to account verification and approval.

Any shipping costs, payment fees or additional charges, where applicable, are shown separately and added to the order total.

For orders shipped to non-EU countries, prices are intended exclusive of VAT. Any customs duties, local taxes or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be determined in advance, as they depend on the regulations of the destination country.

Once issued, invoices cannot be modified or cancelled, except as required by applicable law.

PAYMENTS

Customers may choose one of the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card, MyBank, bank transfer.

Orders placed by 2:00 PM and paid by PayPal or credit card are generally shipped the same day, subject to product availability. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed after payment confirmation.

SHIPPING

Shipping is carried out via courier service. For deliveries within Italy, shipping is free for orders with a value of €69 or more; for orders below this threshold, a shipping fee will be applied.

For all other destinations, shipping costs are always borne by the customer and are calculated during the checkout process.

Orders are primarily shipped via GLS or FedEx; however, the selected courier may vary depending on destination or logistical requirements.

WARRANTIES

Consumer customers are entitled to the statutory warranty of conformity in accordance with Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, covering defects that appear within 24 months from the date of delivery, provided they are reported within 2 months of discovery.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Consumer customers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with the procedures described in the “Orders and Returns” section.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases covered by warranty or specific promotional policies.

Returned products that are damaged, used or incomplete will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
