The FPD2057 STARCUT series is a PCD helical diamond router bit with H4.5mm and Z2+2 layout, developed for shank grooves and shank profiling on thin panels with mechanical feed. Its geometry features 4 helical divisions with a 5mm positive pulling lead insert followed by negative inserts, a combination that improves edge entry, reduces chipping risk and keeps the cut stable throughout the operation.
