Description

The FPD2046 FULLCUT series is a PCD diamond router bit H 3.5 mm with alternating positive and negative Z2 cutting edges developed for professional contouring applications on high-density and abrasive materials. The alternating geometry combines the advantages of positive and negative cutting action, reducing vibration and improving edge finish.

The different axial angles of 5° and 10° provide progressive cutting engagement, while the solid HW body ensures dimensional stability during intensive CNC machining.

Suitable materials:

Aluminum, Alucobond, Alupanel, Bakelite, Bronze, CRFC carbon fiber, Dibond, HPL, Kevlar, Plastic materials, Plexiglass.
