PCD diamond cutter for contouring with alternating positive/negative edge and HW body

The FPD2046 FULLCUT series is a PCD diamond cutter with alternating positive and negative cutting edges developed for professional contouring of dense and high-performance materials. The alternating edge geometry combines positive and negative cutting actions, reducing vibration and significantly improving edge finish quality.

The two cutting edges feature different axial angles of 5° and 10°, allowing progressive and controlled cutting. The solid HW body ensures structural rigidity and dimensional accuracy even during intensive CNC machining with mechanical feed.
