The FPD2038 POWERCUT series is a PCD diamond router bit H 3.5 mm with Z2 alternating positive/negative edges and chipbreaker geometry, developed for professional nesting and contouring where high removal rates and consistent finishing are required. The full cutting edge can be re-sharpened for extended tool life, while the 3.5 mm PCD height delivers excellent wear resistance, even on highly abrasive materials.

The alternating axial geometry (positive/negative) creates a balanced cutting action that helps reduce vibration, improves profile stability and keeps edges clean under demanding conditions. The integrated chipbreaker controls chip formation and evacuation, producing a “roughing–finishing” effect that often reduces the number of passes and shortens cycle times. The HDM heavy-metal body increases mass and rigidity, making the tool ideal for intensive CNC cycles with mechanical feed.
