RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005 (Consumer Code), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, returning the purchased product and receiving a refund. This right may be exercised exclusively by consumer customers, meaning natural persons purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to any professional or business activity and who therefore do not provide a VAT number in the order form. To exercise this right, the customer must send a written notice to VIMA di Lorenzo Borgiani (hereinafter referred to as “VIMA”).

For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, undamaged and, where applicable, returned in its original packaging. The packaging must include all components originally supplied with the product.

Products must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself. The box must not be damaged, altered in any way, or used as the sole external shipping packaging.

Within 15 working days from the delivery date, the consumer must send the completed Return Request Form (download) in all its parts by email to: assistenza@vimatools.com

Once VIMA has received the withdrawal request, the consumer will agree with customer support—by email or telephone—on the confirmation and arrangements for shipping the package.

The goods must be carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and assumes responsibility for the product during transport.

Within 14 days from acceptance of the withdrawal, the customer must ship the product via courier or postal service.

Upon receipt of the goods, VIMA staff will verify the integrity of the product and check that all original accessories and components are included.

The refund will be issued within 30 days from receipt of the returned package, excluding any costs related to the original payment method and shipping.

In the event of damage occurring during transport, VIMA will inform the customer within five working days of receiving the goods, allowing the customer to promptly file a claim with the selected courier and obtain reimbursement for the product value (if insured by the customer).

Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser.

If a shipped order is not collected by the customer and is returned to the sender after the courier’s holding period, a refund will be issued for the returned items, excluding shipping costs.

If the purchased product does not match the description provided in the online shop, the return shipping costs will be covered by VIMA.
